• Account data: login credentials, role (candidate / employer), and actions you take on the platform.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookies required for the service to function.

• Verify your identity and the authenticity of your documents.
• Create and manage your candidate or employer profile.
• Match candidates with employers and facilitate recruitment and hiring decisions.
• Communicate with you about your account, jobs, and verification.

We collect passport copies and other identification documents specifically for recruitment verification — they are not used for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

4. Who can see your data

• Our internal verification team, who review your documents and profile.
• Verified employers, only after you have applied to a role or made your profile available for matching.
• Trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, authentication) acting on our instructions.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your full identification documents with employers without your knowledge.

5. How we protect your data

Data is stored on secured infrastructure with access controls, encryption in transit, and row-level security so that users can only access the records they are entitled to. Access to sensitive documents is restricted to authorised admin staff and to employers you have explicitly engaged with.

We keep your account and profile data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us.
